Stephanie Cordero

has been performing with Piel Canela Dance Co. for over four years. Her passion for dance and her intensity in her movements always express her deep feelings and enjoyment for latin music.

Stephanie chooses to teach kids because as a Case Manager for Boys Town, she knows how hard it is to keep our youth focused on positive things and off the streets.

Stephanie is a John Jay College Graduate with an Bachelors degree in Forensic Psychology and currently working toward a Masters of Science in Family and Youth Services. 

Piel Canela will offers a free childrens program because we believe they are our future and our dance and history must be passed on to the next generation of dancers. It is also through a joint adult and child program that we can bring all families together into ours.
